It's a fact; social networking web sites are having a major impact on the way political campaigns are run. MySpace has more than 7,400 discussion groups related to politics. In February 2008, MySpace hosted presidential dialogues. Voters across the country interacted with the candidates via instant messaging --- bridging the communications gap between the presidential candidates and voters.
